How long has it been
She asked me sweetly
With a smile in her eyes
And kindness in her heart
So I answered her true
For it was what I had to do
Too long by far
But not far too long
That I forgot
Just who needed to answer
For the pain I'd known
Away from the Bone
And a look of fear
Flashed across her face
And I knew I'd spoken rashly
For she was about to seal me up again
And that I could not allow
So as easy to my eyes
As she so was
I did what needed done
And struck her down
Then being in a mood
Of mercy for the weak
I merely put her in my place
And sealed her up
So's I could have my turn
And make the planet burn
If they didn't give me what
I so so deserved
